How to automatically open the chat window and post and welcome message

Hi I am trying to figure out how to start the chat box automatically with a predefined welcome message or initial message. The other thing I would like to know is if we know a person information if we can personalize this message. My last question is there a way to change the initial message on url or page bassis depending what part of our website them are on. Sorry one more question when we are sending a message to someone they only receive it if they refresh the page this the option to send a message to an online visitor that has not yet open the chat box. Also I would like to say you have on amazing chat software you have made.

Thanks for those links. Can you point me to 2 more link for the other  issues is.

One is would be how set a personalized message if we know the person name Like Hi John, IS there anything I can help you with using this method below
