lh_speech_chat_language - table does not exists and chats no delete

hello sir, i wish you a good day! i have two problems :\

one:

when I go to "Update Information" sends me error lh_speech_chat_language - table does not exists, I click on update databases and seems to not perform anything, continues to set the same error.

 CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `lh_speech_chat_language` (`id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `chat_id` int(11) NOT NULL, `language_id` int(11) NOT NULL, `dialect` varchar(50) NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`), KEY `chat_id` (`chat_id`)) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 

two: When I'm in a talk and want to remove the chat, just closes but does not Eliminate, the customer has the same window as if open chat, why? before works well

As for speech language I'll see in the evening.
As for second no idea.

I tried locally and all worked so it's your server problem...
