LIMIT of 10 results in lists

Hello there,
I've seen a STRANGE thing into backoffice's lists (active chats, offline messages, online users, etc): even though i've more than 10 results, for example for online users, i'm not able to see them at all, but there is this limit of 10 results. Is it a sort of bug or can I "unlock" it?

if you click on title "Pending chats", you will go to a list where you can see all chats.

Ok, right, but what about online users or other lists? I don't think there isn't a way to show all the results...

No there is not. Max you can show in this online list of 500 i ques. There is option in this list itself.
