Can't edit Chat Configuration
Hi,
I cannot edit Live Help Configuration section. It is a new install. I could edit everything in System but nothing under the tab Live Help Configuration and Especially Chat Configuration.
Please help.

Just problems with your server... This was happening already with one customer. Just I do not remember what was the problem...

Sorry, but without personal look, it's not possible to tell. There is commercial support for these type of issues. 20 USD
