Problemas con LCH IE, Firefox.

Congratulations on Live Chat Helper!
I installed successfully LCH. Works perfect in google chrome.
But with IE and Firefox when online operators to click Support Online chat instead of asking me indicates no operators available and that I should leave a message.

They could help me, thank you very much!

Now it stopped working with all browsers. What do you recommend? I deleted cache, I refresh the chat button code.

Sorry, i'm not voodoo to tell what's the problem without any error. If you need personal look there is commercial support.
