I can not log with windows desktop , how to debug it ?

My LHC is well installed and used by 3 operators.

I download desktop app but i can not login, if i try to connect to demo server, it works fine, but attempting to my server it does not show anything.

And it shows an popup when i exit, how can i debug error ?

my ..index.php/xml/checklogin/ shows : {"result":false}

any clue ?

Hi,

You do not have to enter site_admin
just the folder where chat is installed.
