I cannot talk to different department using 1 browser

Dear Sir,

I love this system very much and I am deploying the service to my website.
But I found 1 issue, maybe I don't know how to do the setting. I have department 1 widget installed at page1.html; and department 2 widget installed at page2.html. When I test it in chatting at page1.html, I cannot communicate with department 2 at page2.html. The CS dialoge box is the same at page1.html and page2.html. Can you advise what I should do in order my aim can work in 1 browser? Looking forward for your response. Thank you!

Once chat is started it's kept across whole page. So your requirement won't be satisfied unless you make to open popup, not widget.

Thank you for your reply. May I know the popup I need to create the script or it can be found under embed or inside the system? Sorry for my question again. Thanks!
