Shows offline even if chat support op is online

Hello,
I am facing a problem with Live Helper Chat.
The thing is, consider this scenario.
1. A live chat support op is logged in to the livehelperchat Control panel.
2. The op doesn't click on anything from the operator panel.
3. Wait 5 mins.
In the website where the widget is being displayed, it shows the website shows no ops are online!

Hi,

Thanks for report. I have one idea what could be happening. I'll check today in the evening.
In any case meanwhile you can just set online hours in department. So it will ignore operators status.

I'll let you know once I'll make investigation.

Thanks a lot. So what should I do for fixing it on our installation?
We don't have it installed, you guys do. We're using hosting from you guys!
So is this edit has been rolled out on all installed versions?

Yes, it's rolled to all automated hosting instances, no action required from you smile
