error with features.php in base/src/

hi people, sorry for my english!!!!

i install live helper chat in my server
i look the folder ezcomponent/base/src and exists the file features.php
i run www.server.com/foler_helperchat/index.php/site_admin/user/login and this show a blank page
the error log show error: file not found base/src/features.php (but before the file exists)
i look in the folder ezcomponent/base/src and now the file not exists

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Sorry, to strange problem to solve anything, perhaps not enough disk space in your server.

i have a lot of disk space
the file is deleted when i run the the chat
