Unable to accept chat transfer if email is longar than xxx

Hi,

Don't know if this is a general bug or something that have occured because of modificaitons I've made to my local install, but here goes.

Operator A transfer a chat to Operator B.
Operator B's current email address is 27 characters (including dots and ***)

Operator B is unable to accept the chat with error message "You do not have permission to access the current chat!"

Operator B changes his email address, the email address is now 13 characters (including dots and ***)
Operator B is now able to accept the transfer (still same chat) and the only change that have been made is the email address.

Seems strange right? I don't know if 27 is the magic number though....Does any of this make sense?

Sorry, but definitively e-mail address has nothing to do with it.
