Live help is offline after some time

Hi there! It's probably my fault but I can't find a solution and checked forum already.
I didn't change anything in department hours.

I installed plugin yesterday and it was working fine but now I need to go to admin panel and click on "green men" twice to refresh the status. Otherwie it is showing "offline" for users.  If I click on change status twice in admin, it is showing "Online" again for user for the next couple minutes and than go back offline again.

Sometimes it's just go online by itself without me refreshing status in admin panel.

I ques you change something in
"Synchronisation and sound settings"
Particularly
"How many seconds for a user to be considered as being online"

In any case here all works...

So problem somewhere else. Really no idea, there is commercial support for personal look. Like i'm not a voodoo and cannot tell the reason

Hi Remdex,
I appreciate your help.

I actually figured what the problem is, but I'm not sure how to solve it.

When I'm on this page - https://estateblock.livehelperchat.com/ … nlineusers

I see new people coming on the website every 5-10 seconds and than if you are not touching this page for 2 minutes it stop showing new users on the website and for users on website, widget is showing "live help is offline"

As soon as you refresh the admin page with online users by clicking enter for example in link bar in browser it starts to show new users again and showing "live help is online' for users

So it is just a timeout issue for the operator in admin panel. Do you know how to solve this?

I have suspicious it's something with your server php sessions themself. But as i told without personal look impossible to tell...
no error = no solution in general
