See visitors when operator is offline

Hi,
how are you?

I have activated in livehelp, chat configuration, online tracking, Track online visitors even if there is no online operators
so i go to user online i try to visit my website but if my operator (admin) profile is not online i don't see the visitor so what i do wrong or what i should do?

Maybe i made something wrong, also in your demo i can't see visitor online.HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1. login in admin panel2. put live chat offline and check is offline in the visitor side3. go to system configuration4. go to live help configuration5. go to chat configuration6. go to online tracking7.  check Track online visitors even if there is no online operators and save8. go to online visitor9. in the visitor side try to change a page10. the visitor is not visible in online user
what i make wrong?This i have tested in your demo.

In your demo there is to uncheck   Work hours/work days logic is activefor make test work so fo see chat offline

Because of detailed last two post I was able to fix this bug. Just update one file

Thank, now works.
Only just one think for the future, this can be great for the operator but if operator try to start a chat with the visitor (blue button) with the offline status the invite is sent from operator console but visitor can't see. Maybe chat can be turned into online or invite button disabled if chat is offline or message of error to the operator sended.

Sorry, but this one won't be done. Mixing online status functionality with operator offline status, definitely not going to work, and we gona have a big mess
