Upgrading from 1.74 to 2.25v

Hi,

I am using version 1.74 and would like to know how easy it is to upgrade to the latest version 2.25 without losing any of my chats.

Is it possible to do a straightforward upgrade and is there a step-by-step guide on how to do this?

It will update automatically and if you did not used any extensions or did not made any modifications all will work out of the box.
