Hi,

I have remarked a chat. But i am not able to get the remarkable chat. How can i get the remarked chat.
Please suggest me.

Operator has one chat in active tab and he has written some remark on that chat. how will operator know that all remarkable chat by him.

He won't unless in chat remarks he will write his own name while making some notices.
