Chat box not dispalying

Hi, I successfully installed the Live Helper Chat and All are green.

When I tried to put the embedded code in my Test Site, it is not displaying.

Any possible area I could work on to? Thanks

Words like does not work. Means nothing because they do not tell any error, nothing.
No error = No solution

Hi rem,

There's no error. Even the console status displays 200 okay status. Even in the network using firebug.. there's a connection to the live helper page.

I am trying to embed the code in a CMS. Is there a limitation? I mean, will it not work in a CMS?

i am embedding the code in a HTML file.

Still no luck.

No there is no any limitations. You will have to dig deeper
