Active chat tab process help

Hello Sir,

I have a small query. When the chat is in active state, and then user is giving another message in that particular chat then operator is not able to know that user has sent message to the operator in that particular chat.

Can you please help me about this, How can operator know. Is there any setting in admin

Chat tab title changes like this in your case <visitor_name> (<unread_messages_number>)
So i'm not sure what else you want there hmm...
