Online hours Active

I have set online hours as per instructions - Active logic - Misc settings (ignore status ) and time zone as per my local area but still show as offline.

i even used demo and the problem see to be from V2.24 or 2.23

In any case it's 100% Misconfiguration. Can you paste screenshot of your online hours settings from departments?

I am not succeeding pasting but  Work hours/work days logic is active is checked
I also checked all days - monday to friday
then set hours 1 to 19

in Misc - i have followed all instruction but still not coming right

Format is like
[Hours] [Minits] - [Hours] [Minits]

You have to fill 4 fields, not two, perhaps that's the case. And like you did not pasted any screenshot impossible to tell.
