how to activate this chat on LAN PC's

I want to activate this chat on LAN Pc. But i am unable to do that. How can  i fix this issue?

Actually i have configure this live chat for my web application and it is running very successfully there but i want to view the same chat when i access my website from my Lan Pc ( Ip based URL) where my server is placed. I am unable to see the chat window there.

So what should i need to do to make it enable for ipbased url of website. What setting i need to update?

I hope my question is clear now.

Sorry still unclear what you want to do... I do not think that LHC has something to do what you are trying to achieve, it's not LHC stuff you are talking about. So I just leave it with you perhaps someone else will understand what you are trying to say there
