Online status

Hi Chief,
       I have multiple departments and suppose all the departments user are in offline in that time if admin logged in to chat backoffice all that department in chat box dropdown is in online and available status. I gave all departments in user department settings for administrator because I need to track all departments chat in administrator login chief. Can you under stand my query. Please reply as soon as possible chief. cry

In top menu of lhc set your personal status to offline.

       I need to administrator also to chat with some customer so cant give him offline status chief.

Who told that you cannot chat if in back office then your status is offline?
