Single user per windows

How can i do to allow just one user in the same chat, and generate a new nick name to each new user?

I ques you have embeded in your site chatbox not live help widget.
So just embed correct widget.

Hi Remdex

Its work the live chat, i think, but if i'm talk with one user and other user open the chat box too, this other user can see all conversation and talk in the same window.

I put this live help code, and when the operator stay online or offline the status in my website is change normally, but when i click in the message "Operator is online" is showing the same message from when operator chat is offline, don't show live chat, just to user leave a message.

Sorry, but all this is just your miss-configurations, not much i can do there. You will have to crack down this one by yourself
