hi if i login as a operator, then go to another window where my chat widfget is there and the message is told that no agents is in online how to resolve these error

Make sure to operator is assigned at-least some departments.

ya chief i assigned him in operator department, and i created one admin user and also i added that to administration department chief. but now also it didnt shows online and also cant able to chat with visitors chief. Please help me in this issue my lord.
