Blank page while installing the Live chat Server
Hi,
I am trying to install the Live chat helper. When i write in my browser "http://localhost:81/xampp/index.php/site_admin/installation/install". I get a blank page. How can i resolve this issue.

I have tried your suggested solution. The Blank page issue is remains there and also there is nothing in the error log file.

Hi I found the same issue. It was because I had an old version of php installed. It needs to be version 5.3.0
