Online offline status has stopped working

Hi

I have been using your chat system for about 3 months now and have had no issues, last night I noticed that even if the operator status is turned from online to offline its still showing online on the widget. As I said I have been using it for a long time and have not change anything.

Can you maybe point me in a direction as to where to look please?
