as finalizing the chat when the person fehar the chat window

Good morning everyone.
I am using in a chat project, but there's one thing my client raised a question. The chat if you close the window remains active, by chance have some configuration that when a person close the chat window, the sncerraria chat and still not active as is normally?

I did not find this setting in the chat.

First,

1. You can disable site visitors to open already closed by going to chat configuration and settings, just uncheck these two
[ ] "Reopen chat functionality enabled"
[ ] "Automatically reopen chat on widget open"

2. Operator instead of normaly closing chat window. Should click icon close chat in chat information. There is three ways to close chat so he should use just Close chat.
