Show message label under operator name

Hi rem,
if i goes on

System configuration
Start chat form settings

Additional form setting

i see i have no check box selected so in the widget (visitor side) when a chat is acepted from the operator and in the operator profile Job title is setup visitor should not see?

If I'm wrong how to show job title in the widget? Before i can see now with last relase i can't see.

If the message upstair is not clear.. i see in the visitor side there is no job title under operator name. I have set up the job title for operator but this one is not showed as before under the name of the operator. What i make of wrong? How to enable job title under operator name?

Operator job role are intentionaly not shown in chat itself. Only in proactive invitations are shown.

Rem,
in the first version i see in the past was possibile to have the title jobs showed in the chat with the customer,
now this are only showed on proactive invitations.

Can you think i can ask on Github to put an option for show in the chat under operator name?
Can be userfull for let the user know with role is chatting.

Example support level 1, administrator, sale, support, support level 2.
So Job title can be userful in user chat inferface.
Maybe can be added an option to decide to show all time not only in proactive.

What do you think?

Not understood.

There is not enough space in the widget or here?

I see in the proactive there is space for that, i think will be good have the same in the chat when are chatting with visitor,
now the Job Title is only showed in proactive invitations.

This screen is proactive, in the chat the Job title | supporto live | is not showed,
i think is needed an option to show the Job Title in chat too.

Sorry, but in your design you do not see upvote and downvote icons which are in default installation. So won't be done smile

If what you can override template and add it yourself smile

Oh, understood, was removed from widget chat after the introduction of the icons for vote.

Maybe the Job Title can be added in the future by adding space and make the widget little more higth.

Is a good think to have operator rule, I really not needs this but i had see in other chat software and is nice know
with rule or support are you chatting in big company.
