Yes!
Just edit department. Setup notification tab information. There you can choose mail notifications for new chats and set how long chat has to be pending before mail notification is send.
Also you can use desktop app or chrome extension.

I've added another Username under a User group "Administrator". When someone leave offline messages on the chat box it will only alert to the primary administrator not to this newky added administrator. Is there a way that all administrator users can receive all offline messages?

I've tried many times added new department from this location "Home / System configuration / Departments" and hit the Save button, but nothing new added departments listed, it only listed the department that was added during the software installation. I also double check if those added departments were successfully added on the database, and upon checking on tablename " lh_departament" those departments are there. What happen? How can I see those departments at "Home / System configuration / Departments"?

Just check that you have assigned departments in your account. In departments list you see only departments you are assigned to.

Yeah, during installation process I assigned one department on my administrator account. After logging-in to my administrator account there is only one department listed, so I decided to add a new department but it won't show me the newly added department.
