Resell - multi-thread support

Hi,

I would like to know if this product is capable of handling multiple websites as well as tiered multiple agents in the sense that you could have agents separated by sites, so that I can install this to a server and have agents log in to specific profiles where there would be some websites but other agents from different profiles are not capable of seeing each others conversations.

is that possible?
do I make sense?
