Two admin user signed onto it at once

I’m not sure if it works, but we would want to have the ability to have two admin people signed onto it at once, and these two can receive enquirers message on the same time and either of them can response the chat message from the enquirers. Would it be possible? If so, then how to configure it..

You do not need to configure anything just login and use.
