i got following message

You do not have permission to view this chat, or chat was deleted

after posting the message and admin  also online.. and i check db there is message in  lh_msg table

can you help me what may be the issue

yes demo is ok and my installed system is also  working till yesterday . when i truncate the table   lh_msg  and lh_chat  then i got this message

You do not have permission to view this chat, or chat was deleted

After  truncate the table   lh_msg  and lh_chat and again sent message  then i got that error message    and user can not chat with any of the site support team..

So user just have to click close button in the widget header and click status widget again. Or i'm missing something?
