Offline messages are not showing in Admin
Hi,
I am using this chat feature in my Drupal site and not able to see the messages given by Anonymous user in the Admin section when Admin/Operator is offline.
Please suggest me the details how can I see the offline messages in Admin.

Offline messages are send to mail, they are not stored in chat.

No,
You will have to check your mail logs to check where offline request are send.

Hi,
I am not using SMTP for mail process, so how can it will send message to admin if there is no operator online. Can you please help me over the same.

If I am not using SMTP (not active) then also mail is not working at the time of offline process. What is the problem please suggest me.
