Not getting "User has left the chat!"

Hi,

When end user has left the chat, Then also i ma not getting message "User has left the chat!". What is the wrong with me. can you please help me regarding the same.

Its working with localhost but not working on my live site what is the issue behind this.
Please Suggest me.

Try to clear a cache in back office after you moved a chat.
