How can i know current session chat id

Hello,

how can i know if the livesuport members replied to the users or not?
is there any function to check this..

also how can i know which chat is active  ie, which chat session currently esatablished   ie  can i know current chat_id  . is there any chat session maintained ?

Established chats are always active chats. Also chat window shows stat status in any case.

I mean , is there any php function so that  i know the admin replied the particular user message..

I need to show some content on iframe only after admin replies..

so if User A post a question the custom added  iframe will not be display untill admin sent first message in response of the user question.

i can add iframe in chat.tpl.php

i think now you understand what i mean

chat's themself has a field status
