hello,

  Need to address my site visitors with proactive chat, and also with manual action. That is, when the visitor accesses the system user site should be warned that have a visitor on the site with a new visitor alert and address it immediately, besides the already existing proactive approach on the site.

Enable notifications in online visitors list and you will get notifications about new visitors on your site.

And when I enabled, and even then the alert does not arise for operators?

It has something to do with the extension for chrome or any extra configuration?
