Cookies problem

In my page with only live helper chat script i see support at bottom of page. In repository of chrome i find only one cookie of live helper chat even if i reload more times the page.

if i add in the page another javascript (http://www.shinystat.com/)  to track my visit, i have for live helper 4 cookie and chat not is displayed.

Those are shinistat cookie

Can you help me, thank a lot.

Sorry, but i do not understand your problem. Live helper uses cookies only which begins with lhc_*

The problem is exactly this, if i had in my page shinistat javascript, Live helper has 4 cookie  rather then only one.

In this case with shinistat javascript in the page with f12 in chrome i have thie error: Uncaught URIError: URI malformed

can you help me?

O told you alraedy lhc has only cookie which begins with lhc_*
sv_ *
sn_*

Is NOT lhc cookies. As for malformed URl don't know, because here all works.

if in the page there is also shinistat javascript that create 3 cookie in client, lhc_per cookie not is create, because in cookie.js there is error "Uncaught URIError: URI malformed".

The function "decodeURIComponent" in cookie.js, used to encode cookie values of the site, including those of ShinyStat go in error with URI malformed.

In one shinistat cookie of the site, there are this characters "0%G%G1%G1420755776000%G1420755792000%G" that are not interpreted correctly and so cookie.js go in error and widget is not shown.

Well,

These functions decodeURIComponent is standard browser function. In any case you will have to write me an email with more detailed information like site where you have installed it. And logins to lhc back office. Otherwise really cannot help here. As long you cannot reproduce issue on demo.livehelperchat.com i cannot help.
