how can we change text "Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages",even I updated checkchatstatus.tpl.php file,but it doesn't work?

Then you change a template you have to clear a cache from back office. Just click a link clear cache.
