How to include the code in prestashop?

I have a prestashop 1.6.0.8, i install the software in my public folder, he pass in wall categories. (200 OK).
I install the HTML box and include the codes disponible in my configuration but the chat doesn't open. Someone can explain me, what code is necessary include on website?
