Multiple departments from and multiple users login at the same time.

Hi I have a couple of sites and my question is I can create multiple Departments and assign individual users to the departments.

Imagine if I host the same chat support package into different domains individually I can login from the same computer with DIFFERENT NAMES.

But is there a way to get departmental login with different user names on the same computer?
