hello,
need a help to both questions.
1 - I need to take the widget the required field of email and name do not want to leave any field, I just want the contact to be unique and exclusive proactive chat in the widget, ie, even if the visitor clicks on the widget will keep open the chat proactive without asking nenhhuma visitor identification.
2 - How do I remove a report of all chats met in the month by an operator?
I appreciate the help.

1. You can configure desirable start fields in System configuration -> Live help configuration -> Start a chat form settings
2. This one did not understood.
