choose department

is possible to have only one widget, and when you start the chat I choose the department you would like to talk ??

example: business / financial

Hi,

Yes, just create second department and in embed code generation do not choose any default department, so user will have an option to choose a department.

If you did not assigned any person to it's logical it checks for online departments and if only one, do not displays this field
