Hi, congratulations for the excellent work. This project is the most comprehensive and free that I found by searching online for days.
To me it would be useful to implement the possibility that the customer can see the list of available operators (divided by categories), and can speak directly to that operator, without alerting the entire group.
Is it possible?

At the moment not,
But i would recommend to setup something like this. It would assign chats in round robin fashion for all connected operators. So operators will see only to them assigned chats.
