I cannot find the information I need on page above.

Configuration:
Need help tooltip timeout, after how many hours show again tooltip?

I always want my "Need Help Tooltip widget to show up, but the allowable configuration is minimum after 1 hour.

How to I make it ALWAYS SHOW UP?
