Disable Ability to Change Password

I want to hide or remove the option to change the password in the chat software. I have a backend that the chat operators log into and then can get into the chat software from there. I already fixed it to where when they change the password in MY system, it updates the password in the Chat system. But I can't figure out how to do the reverse.

What pages do i need to edit to cut out the links to that?
