Change Email
Hi!
How can I change Email where users will send the message?
And How can I change style of offline department?

And one more question...
When user close the chat. I still view this user in the active chats. I want to automatically close these chats.

As for first. You can set who will receive an e-mail in department configuration.
As for second there is Maintenence part in live helper where you can click a button and it will close an active chats or you can manually just close a chat. https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_ad … aintenance
