Send Message to Online Visitor - message does not arrive
Hi,
I'm having trouble receiveing messages using - "start chat with online user" function.
Both application and web-page tell me the message is sent but does not pop on visitor screen.
Does anyone know if special config is requried to for this to work ?

While generating embed code. Check "Check for new messages from operators" so message will appear to visitor.

I ques you need a glasses because this option is second at top left corner

Hi, this type of message (sent from onlineusers tab) is visible in user chat window as an ordinary chat message? I have widget generated with that checkbox marked, but when I sent message to an online user, I still cant see this message in user chat window. Where could be a problem? thanks
