Live help embed code Error

Hello,
i copied and paste the code of  "Live help embed code" in a file, for suppose filename  "ChatBox.php"
Now when i open this file, nothing is on screen no chat box.

i checked on console getting internal server error.
Error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
