Hi,
I was thinking for future solutions, and I thougt, is it possible to create an automatic order of people who recieve a message? that at first, someone of our intern sales department gets the message first, but if he is busy having a chat, that maybe the manager recieves the chat.
right now if a message is send, everybody recieves this. so my question is, is it possible to create, or change the order of people who recieve a message.
