× instead of x on "Need help" popup
This is my first implementation of LHC. So far, loving it. Right out of the box though, there is a problem with the 'x' to close the "Need Help" popup.
I know that the problem is "Use utf8_decode() to convert them to normal ISO-8859-1 characters" (per Stack Overflow), however I'm not sure which source file to edit that change in. Thanks for any help!
