question about Instant pro active chat, I need help please.

Hi !

How can I customize Immediate pro active chat activated at the moment a new visitor comes to my site ?
I have pro active chat but it works only after the visitor opens an another page on the site, but I need Immediate pro active chat, so please how can I do that ?

1. While generating embed code check "Check messages from operators". So it will show invitation instantly based on proactive limits itself.
