Operators not online, no pending chats area, after upgrade.

Hi,
After upgrading from 1.83 to 2.13, my widget shows only "Live help is offline..." even though admin operators are definitely online in the admin area, on abbeycarefoundation.com:

I have cleared cache, and used upgrade.php to upgrade the database etc, cleared cookies, etc

I have the following debug output form the console:

I am using unbrand theme if that makes a difference, and have updated this also.

Also, there is no area appearing for Pending chats etc:

Any thoughts appreciated as to how I could fix these issues, many thanks.

Hi,

Try to disable unbrand extension. Ihere was some changes i ques in these also. Old versions are just uncompatible I think.

Ok, will try this. The changes to the widget code are the same as the custom changes we made on rehabguide.co.uk on skype. Is there any other changes you made at that time, other than deleting the custom theme files? (these were the changes made to enable event tracking on analytics and conversion tracking for adwords and banner ads).

When I remove unbrand extension, problems are fixed. Any way to use unbrand extension with current version? Does it no longer work? How to customise back end without unbrand extension? Thanks

Well,
You can try just download fresh copy of unbrand extension, it's compatible just some of your templates are you too old. You can see in github what was changed there

Ah, I see, I didn't realise changes in file locations in update unbrand. After updating custom images in correct folder locations, now fixed, and events firing. Thank you! - greatly appreciate your help

Correction, still problems. After submitting a form - either page embed or widget, page seems to redirect to a completely blank page, not sure why. This is even after using the standard embed code from the admin interface. Any suggestions as to how to fix pls?
