Proactive Chat Invitation not coming up

Hello

We followed the steps in the tutorial to setup proactive chat invitations but they are still not coming up for our page visitors after 10 seconds and 2 page views.

I have included a screenshot of the proactive chat configuration.

Please let me know your thoughts.

In proactive invitation you have chosen sales department, but embed code does not have chosen department. So just do not select any department in proactive invitation.
